in AISI 304 stainless steel; bowl in AISI 316 stainless steel; thickness 15/10
– basket handles and lid knobs made from insulating material – overflow
system to remove residual pasta starch deposits – internal ball-valve drain
tap – piezoelectric ignition with silicone protection – natural gas supply, LPG
kit supplied – perforated base.
